Good Behavior

Interview with Karl

JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Karl: I was released on my own recognizance after proving that I had a place waiting and ready for me to be released to.

JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Karl: you are eligible to earn up to three months of good time per each year that you serve, as I understand it.

JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off?
Karl: Fighting, loud, boisterous behavior, bribing the corrections officers, "coming-on" to the female corrections officers, making any kind of threats to c.o.s or inmates, any kind of intentional sexual displays.
